It's A Trust Issue

I have so much catching up to do.  I can't begin to tell you how much I've missed reading your blogs for the last couple of days.  Now that Gracie's home and things are settling I hope to be visiting you soon.

June 1 is just around the corner.  Oh, I wish I could share with you some of the things I've been doing in preparation.  But of course, I can't.  Not yet.
Oh - I can say that tonight I got some really good news.  Okay.  Time to zip my lip.  Sorry.

To all who commented on my last few blogs:

On Monday morning when I left the Animal Hospital  without Gracie, first I wiped the tears from my face, then I called Gary...  and the next thing I needed to do was blog.  Why?  Because I knew that there were a group of people here with huge hearts who really care and I knew I'd find comfort and support.  You didn't let me down.  Thank you for being my friend.

Dear Diary,

I was so glad to see Mom when she came to pick me up from the hospital.  She was glad to see me too.  For a minute.

But then...  "Gracie!  Don't bite the vet tech!!"  Hey, why not?
It's not like I trust her or anything.  She then asked mom to remove my generic collar and leash.

Then she asked mom if she'd remove the tape from my leg where I had my IV.  Yes.  You got it right.  I threatened anyone coming near my taped up leg.

Except for mom of course.  When we got home, she snipped it right off.

It's a trust issue....

And I'm having a real problem
with that right now. Gracie.

  7. Poor Gracie has been through a lot. She kind of looks like one of those deflated pillow pals in these pictures!! But now that she's home, she will be joyful once again!!! And YOU are driving me nuts with these hints of the future!! My guess is still change of job or part time job, no more full time.
