~PRAYER REQUESTS ~

Finally!
A Halloween where we got rid of the majority
of our treats!

Marissa and Summer were here early. Rissi wanted to hand out treats in the worse way!  So Gary blasted Halloween music via Pandora streaming it to our Bose speaker and we took our party and our big basket of treats outside.  We danced in the rain, sang Monster Mash, and lured trick or treaters in....

And Rissi was in seventh heaven, handing out treats to
all the kids.

A memorable Halloween!

On a sad note, my brother has been
diagnosed with lung cancer.

We are not sure how bad, (we just know there is a large mass on his lung)...  or what his options are at this time.  Waiting for him to have a pet scan.

His only concern:  Koda

Jimmy goes nowhere without Koda!  Koda is his best friend and buddy.  Koda would be lost without Jimmy.

He loves his dog as much as he loves his own life.  Maybe more.  Please, if you pray, send one up for Jimmy and for Koda.

And on another sad note:

Summer goes in for surgery on her eyes (to drain cysts) on Friday.  This, another prayer request.

James 5:16King James Version (KJV)

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

  2. I am so sorry!! Does your brother live very far away? Bobbi, I will pray for him and also his Koda. You were the beautiful good witch Glenda, and you created a wonderful Halloween for everyone! I taught Ella "The Monster Mash a couple years ago. They also have several videos of it on YoutTube. She loved it and memorized it. I bet Marissa would love the cartoon video.

  8. Oh, Bobbi, so very sad to read about your brother. Will definitely pray for him and his sweet Koda. ((Hugs)) for you! Praying Summer does well during her surgery and has a speedy recovery. Poor baby! We ache so when the littles have health issues.

  9. Bobbi, I am so sorry to hear about your brother and I so understand how worried he is about Koda. I will keep them both in my prayers.

And poor little Summer. Of course, I will think of her and keep her in my prayers too. I have watched her grow from a newborn to where she is today here on your blog and she is one of those kids that I feel you know.

finally, dear Bobbi, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers also. Please take care of yourself through all the stress this will bring.

  10. I meant to say: kids I feel I know above.

Samson sends love to Gracie and tells her to give you lots of kisses, many sweet licks, says he prefers ears, but that's his little thing.... He says it is good to be a dog when humans are getting bad news. We really help them with our unfailing love, support, kisses, and ear licks.
