After all, it will never be 12.12.12 again.
What to talk about...
How about my Printer?
On 11.1.12 my HP bit the dust so I purchased a new printer from Staples right up the road from where we live. It was a piece of junk! A $160 piece of junk. I tried to live with it... but yesterday when it ate the cards I was working on.. Well, that was the last straw. The window of 'return' was over so I could not get a refund. I bought an Epson on Amazon for $69. A much nicer printer, in my opinion. But I'm still trying to connect my Mac to it... and can't.
I am in Printer frustration Mode right now! BTW> If you were
Today I got a whole lot of nothing accomplished.
Dear Diary,
Let me re-enact tonight's 'scene'.
Mom walks in from what she calls work... only I know she's just over in the other side of the house probably watching soap operas and eating chicken. Hmmph. Anyway.. Not to get sidetracked. Here we go:
Mom: Gracie, do you need to go out?
Me: Yes! Gosh I've had to go all afternoon. I didn't think you'd ever
(This is where it gets good.
C'mon dad. Just one more bite. I promise I'll never intimidate another dog again. |
Oh, I am sorry about your printer!!! I cannot do anything without mine! Do you also use it for work? That's a sweet picture of Gracie & Gary!
ReplyDeletePrinters sure can be a pain- and all the toners that go in them too!. We hope you get it all figured out.

Gracie, da way I sees it, you gots a real dilENEMA dere. Your Mom has some BIG pwoblems....a bad printer and a bad sense of timing for letting you out. Tell hers to get a Canon (we gots 3 of 'em and Mom would have no other) and you gets her an alarm clock and a Planner so her nose when to let you out. Dere....Pwoblem solved by DaWeenie!
ReplyDeleteMy new computer and printer are still sitting in the hallway, waiting to get installed. I guess I fear what you are going through.
ReplyDeleteSamson Says: Gracie, Gracie, you better not attack that German shepherd dog, what if he loses patience with your antics? You know my other mommy, who went over the Rainbow Bridge, was a German shepherd and she was the sweetest dog you could ask for. So maybe this one isn't so bad. But if he is bad and gets you, you could be in some REAL trouble and I wouldn't be there to save you. Think about it. XOXO, your Samson
12/12/12 was a BAD day for me too! I liked 12/13/12 much better :)
ReplyDeleteHave I ever mentioned how I hate electronics? I guess I really just hate them when they don't work right. My printer has died also, won't scan either. Not ready to read yet another electronic manual...
ReplyDeleteGracie - did that Shepherd say something nasty to you?
hoping you got the printer working by now! We love them when everything works great and hate them when they don't; it can be indeed so frustrating!
