Smile... You're On Candid Camera

About last night

Christmastime... a time to reflect... a time for family... a time for practical jokes.

Three of the sisters and my son's fiance, Jess got together for some Password fun.  While my older sister went to the bathroom, we decided to quickly share the next four words, and put them onto our cell phones so we'd remember.  When she came back it was all we could do to contain ourselves and keep a straight face.

Me: "God"

Jess: "Image"

high five

Me: "Are we good, or what?!"

Jess: "Citizen..."

Me: "senior"

Another high five

Me: "Train"

Jess: "Caboose"

high five - and a little irritation from the opposing team

You get the picture....

Sister Lynn was pretty impressed that Jess and I were were guessing the word from every clue.... especially since we were painfully losing before...    in the end we won the game.
Yes, I secretly recorded it.  No, I cannot share.  My sister would kill me!!

"Smile...  You're on candid camera..."

  1. They never found out? It's great to spend time with family during the holidays, isn't it.--Inger

  2. That must have been fun. Hubby and I play cards in the evenings and the fun part is to try and cheat on each other.

When I have no more ideas, I lift my blouse when it is his time to play, just to distract him. It usually works.

  3. LOL Thats great! I have to admit......sometimes I cheat a bit when playing a game with the hubs!

  4. I love Password!! Do you know it's hard to find now...I guess it's considered old fashioned. We have the same game!!

  5. Forgot to say that this is too funny!!!

  6. Oh, I love practical jokes!!!! Aren't playing games with family fun?!!

    Happy New Year!

  7. How fun! I am so glad you had a great time! and when will the camera be turned on you!?

  8. My husband and his dad rigged a card game when his mom left the room. She never caught on until they couldn't stop laughing.

  9. Too funny! Sounds like a great time!
