I Love To Read

I love to read.  I have a list of 'great books' in my head, one's that I couldn't put down- usually they're memoirs.  One of those books was 'The Glass Castle."

Sharon has written a series of blogs, a type of mini-memoir of her adventures 'back to the land' that are such a good read.  I've been 'between' books  for quite some time and can't seem to find anything I'm interested in reading.  These posts wet my appetite again for a good book... guess I'll have to be searching...
Be sure and check out Sharon's blog if you haven't already.

  1. Why, thank you so much for mentioning that! I am fairly sure I didn't have many followers when I wrote it, so I am sure it would be "new" to many!

    Happy Sunday!

  2. I read The Glass Castle a little bit okay; I agree with you, it was one of those "can't put down", "I'll just read a few more pages of it" types of books. I did check out Sharon's blog about the start of her "live off the land" type of adventure; when I have more time, hoping to go back and read "more of the story"; thanks for sharing it!

I am like you, I love to read. Always looking for a good read. It is a bit so terribly sad but Anna Quindlen's lastest book, which the name escapes me right now, was a very good read. I'll have to hunt down the name and come back later with it.

    have a good day!

  6. Funny you should mention reading Bobbi. I was just saying that I will return a book I didn't like much at all. I find fiction difficult....I prefer creative non-fiction. To the library on Tuesday to look again.
