Gotta sleep with one eye opened... or not sleep at all. And if she sees that I spit a pill out onto the floor, she's that much more aggressive at pushing it down my throat.

ReplyDeleteI found myself turning into a Nazi when trying to pill my cat. I was told to pop the pill in at the back of the throat and blow into his face, which would make him blink and swallow.
ReplyDeleteLuckily the capsules now needed can be opened and the powder mixed into his food.
Gracie will forgive you but probably won't forget.
If she can have it, a pill disguised in cheese is always a good way to get it down a reluctant pup.
