Snow Day

The following is a view from our bedroom window:

Do you see the bottom of the bird feeder at the top of the photo?  I keep telling myself....  another 6 months and that thing will be covered in birds of color entertaining us with their beauty.

But for now, we have to look for the beauty in this cold,
wet stuff.

And enjoy our day off.

"Sure, it's easy for you to smile...  you still have somewhere to pee..."

"Did I do that?"

I can relate-our yard looks just the same and Hunter smells when he comes in from tromping in the snow. Hope you are staying safe and warm!

It is so pretty, but I am sure everyone is weary of it already. It is good to think ahead of what things will look like in a few short months.

Koda used to enjoy the snow and doing his business in it, LOL. Thing was with his short legs sometimes we had to shovel out an area for him if we got lots of snow :)
