Well, today we close the pool for the season :-(
I connected my Iphone to Itunes and I must have pushed a wrong button because it wiped everything on my phone out. Then when I tried to restore it I was taken back to a year ago. Still, a lot is wiped away.
Luckily, I had pulled Gracie's birthday pictures off first.
This was her celebration:
Back to my phone dilemma...
I was so frustrated with dropped calls with AT&T - so when my Iphone was wiped out it was the straw that broke the camels back.
I headed over to US Cellular and got me a brand new Android Galaxy S 4.
I have 2 weeks to take it back if I don't like it.
So far, it's a keeper!

Hi Bobbi, Happy belated birthday to Gracie! I have to say there must be something about this last week because Hunter keeps finding used kleenex that I discard and chews them up-since I have had a bad cold, he has kept busy-ugh. Glad you got a new phone-I bet you'll love it.

The consumer organizations say that AT&T have the worst customer service and highest number of dropped calls than any other phone service. And people around here are leaving them in droves. Gracie is a lucky dog, and it looks like she had an awesome birthday! Sorry that you lost your data. A Galaxy 4, TOTALLY cool!!!! Now, how come you did not get another iPhone??? And which of the two do you like the best? I ask this because I just got a Galaxy 2, a refurbished used one. Our cell company sells them for less than half price and you still have the guarantee. I have already used the GPS on it, and it found what we wanted when our regular GPS did not! I guess the iPhone is better, but we could not afford even a used one. Now I have someone I can go to with questions!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the phone troubles! I have AT&T without any problems! Hope your new phone makes you happy! Gracie looks like she is enjoying her birthday:) Have a blessed weekend dear Bobbi, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby got the same phone for his birthday. He LOVES it too.
ReplyDeletePS) GRACIE I love your celebration.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great celebration you had Gracie! I think it is always sad when the pool is closed down for the year, but you have the wonderful memories to carry you through until next spring/summer :)

Gracie's ice cream looks delicious! The anticipation on her face is so cute.
ReplyDeleteI hope the new phone works out great for you.
My computer recently crashed and I lost a lot of photos. Live and learn!!!
I appreciate your visits and kind comments. Hope you enjoy the pretty Autumn season.
Happy belated birthday Gracie!!!

P.S: phones are sometimes more trouble than they are worth.
Samson Says: when mommy FINALLY opened her computer and read your mommy's blog comment, she got all teared up, so I had ask her what was the matter. When she told me about my doppeganger (that means double in a language my mommy thinks she knows, but really doesn't)who is bullying you, I got so MAD.
ReplyDeleteNo Gracie, Gracie, that is not me. You know I live all the way in California. That is an IMPOSTOR! What can I do to make it up to you? You are my one and only love, my little cutie girl with your bad self. Happy Belated Birthday!
See I told mommy we would run into all sorts of problems if she stopped blogging. Or took a vacation from it. Humans, there's always something.......
