Birdy Friends

We usually have a hummingbird feeder right outside of
our big bedroom window.

But this year, no hummingbirds showed up.

So Gary took it down and replaced it with this...

And now, we have guests....

COME TO GARY'S DINER WHERE THE FOOD IS FREE

AND THE PAPARAZZI
WON'T LEAVE YOU ALONE

  1. Hi Bobbi, O.k. got to admit that I'm a tad jealous-we had to take our feeders down because the more aggressive birds were killing the little ones. Love seeing the golf finches though-they are such beautiful birds. Thanks for sharing my friend!

  8. Like you I love watching the birds. I've only seen a few of the yellow gold finches here this year. Hummers are wonderful too. I'm blessed to have both.

  11. We have a bird feeder up as well as a hummingbird feeder up in two different places!!!
The hummers were late this year coming not just at my place but every where. They did a piece on TV about them coming late.
I am going to name her Frankie!!!
I had not thought of that!!

  12. The goldfinches are beautiful. My mother-in-law used to have special feeders for them in her back yard, and we loved to sit outside and watch them. To get the food, the birds had to hang kinda upside down. The goldfinches could do it, but the other birds couldn't. It sure didn't stop them from trying, though.
