Dear Diary,
I haven't been in this much trouble since I almost tripped dad while jay zig zag walking during our walk.
Dad put me outside today. Soon after, he came out to find me with a birdie friend in my mouth, fighting for its life.
Hey... I was just trying to find the squeaker.
Guess who got in big, big trouble?
R.I.P. Birdie Friend. Gracie.
Nooo!!! Live birds that fly around outside do not have squeakers. You stick to the stuffed birds that lay around INSIDE your house and find their squeakers. You'll stay out of trouble that way!! *chuckle*
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why you got in trouble. It's not as if you took the bird in the house.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
We still love you, Gracie!
ReplyDeleteThat photo of you is PRICELESS, Gracie! Youe Mommy has such a sense of humor!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jenni
Honestly, I think Koda's a bit jealous at your accomplishment, he's never been able to snag one of those birdies though they tease him unmercifully at times! I would imagine you won't be too long in the doghouse as cute as you are!

Today, I decided to only read your post and Puddles. I knew you would cheer me up. After reading what Puddles had to say, I'm wondering if you were trying to get even on her behalf?
ReplyDeleteSamson Says: Thank you for your prayers and for thinking of me. If I will be truly blind, I will still never forget your sweet face, my dear Gracie. I hear I'm going back to that smiley faces place, called the Vet today. My mommy will let you know what they do to me there. XOXO, Your Samson.
Oh no! Killing a bird is not good! But I guess that's a dogs nature. My kitties will be very jealous!
