Easy Like a Sunday Morning

Sometimes Gary and I will put some nice slow music on at night and dance...  Tonight we were dancing to  Easy Like Sunday Morning and Stand By Me.

Gracie, wherever she happens to be napping at the time, comes to life and jumps high into the air, trying to dance with us.  So I'll pick her up and the three of us dance together.  She gets so excited and tries to lick Gary's face...  it's so funny.

Speaking of Gary...  I'm proud of him tonight.  He hasn't quit our game (Words With Friends) yet...

And it's my lucky day.

Check out my last 2 moves.

And check out our score..

With 47 letters left, he still has a chance, right?

  1. Wow, I just got Words With Friends on my iPad, I don't know which is more fun, that or Scrabble!! I would so love to see the three of you dancing!

  2. I can just see the three of you dancing and Gracie trying to smooch on Gary! Pets add so much to our lives, don't they?

  3. That is so sweet that you dance. It warms my heart to know that you guys can and do. And that you include Gracie. My hubby is a former Ballroom Dancer/Instructor. We spent years dancing out and about. But now that my mobility is limited we can't. so sad. Never heard of the game, WORDS WITH FRIENDS. Poor Gary. You've got him beat, for sure. LOL Take care.

  5. Tell Gary his counterpart lives here, LOL. Although I'm not quite as good as you are with Word For Friends, when hubby and me play, I'm usually a "little" ahead of him, yet he keeps playing :) I tell him he needs to play multiple games with multiple people because you learn what others do to get the high points. I have a friend from church that I play games with; when I first started, our score was like yours and Gary's. I watched what she did. Our last game I was only 50 points behind her at the end; I call that an accomplishment :) One day, I'll get her!

So cute you all dance together; the family that dances together stays together :)

  9. Gee Bobbi, you show no mercy! Poor Gary! lol
Sophie does the same thing when dancing music is on! She grabs one of her 'babies' (read stuffed animal) and runs around the house with it! lol

  12. No way Bobbi..you used to clobber me every time we played...speaking of which...the reason I'm not playing WWF now is because my site would crash all the time and so I stopped all apps stuff on FB...it was so annoying and I miss playing our games...Good Luck!
