What Happened?

Could somebody please tell me what happened to the last 4+ years?

Because my little Rissi starts Pre K next week and I could have swore I was changing her diapers just yesterday.

An overnight with Grammy and Pop pop was in order.
Dairy Queen chocolate ice cream w/ sprinkles.

Then shopping for shoes.
Decisions, Decisions.

Dear Diary,

I'm wondering what happened to Rissi?  She used to share cookies, heck.. she used to drop cookies.  Now she says'no Gracie, you can't have chocolate'.  Someone must've told her I couldn't have chocolate?  Hmmm... I think I know.  It had to be Mom...  she's become such a thorn in my side.  Humph.  Gracie.

no bake cookies!
 please - please - please.
Just one.
I promise I'll never jump on you again!

  4. I'm the same as you, only wondering where the last five years went!! Anne started kindergarten this week and oh, the angst!!! You think this is bad, wait till kindergarten. ALL DAY long!! I LOVE the post, it almost made me cry!!! The pictures are perfect! I love the one with her and Gracie!! And I have never seen the Jim Croce video, so sad. You didn't show us the shoes!! And don't forget to post pics of first day of school with a full report! Pre-k is really a good thing, then they are prepared for kindergarten and not just shocked at a full day from the start.

  8. Oh, Bobbi, tomorrow she will be starting high school, wearing lipstick and it will be all about boys!

Gracie, when Marissa gets older, she will again sneak you goodies, just not chocolate ones.

  14. Bobbie, this must be so bittersweet for y'all! Thrilling to watch Rissi learn and grow, but kind of sad because she ins no longer the little chubby doll-baby in those pictures....

I LOVE the pic of her on the blanket with Gracie beside her.... what an adorable shot.

She is blessed to have such a loving Grammie and Pop - Pop!
    Hugs,
