~EERIE~

I can't remember a late July/early August that was this dry.

Before dusk, the world seems so yellow.  It's eerie.

And just when you think the earth will burst into flame from the intense heat...

Raindrops.

  10. We can only hope that it will rain all over this dry country, one day. I feel terribly sorry to see the drought that is happening. I love this country so much and hate to see it suffering.

Little Gracie knows how to refresh her tummy, right? Give her a kiss for me, please.
    Love ya!

  13. Give Gracie a tummy rub from me!

We had about an inch of rain during the night last night. The moisture was great but the lightning and thunder scared our pets!!!

Hope you all have a good night.

  16. We are in need of rain - - -- - a long light rain would be great. A heavy rain will run off at this point since the ground is so dry.
