For those wondering where Sponge Bob Squarepants spent Labor day... rest easy. He was at our house.
With summer winding down I can't help but wonder what happened from March on. I mean... it seems like just yesterday that my hubby and I were at Lowes loading up our car with all kinds of flowers and plants for our spring yard project.
People have always told me that the older you get, the faster time flies. I can only go by what I've experienced... but I've found that statement to be oh-so-true.
So as we say goodbye to summer...
Let's just remember the warm summer days with a smile....
And keep in mind that for some of us... the summer months seemed to last forever.
Hope you're Labor Day was filled with laughter, love and lots of good memories.
Gee, I thought you lived in Georgia... I am not awake yet. I qualify as older, and this was the longest, hottest summer for me! I thought it would never end - well, hasn't yet, had 95 here yesterday.....
ReplyDeleteThe kids look so cute! Does Gracie like watermelon? Jill will eat it! Jack turns his nose up. ;-)
I live in Maryland. Gracie does love watermelon Sharon. I had to cut her off because she would eat till she got sick if I let her. Thanks for the comment. I always look forward to hearing from you :-)
